I hold a BA in both Psychology and Sociology, a Master's degree in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Psychology — with many years of practice as a certified mental health professional.
That education and professional experience equip me with a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, cognitive process, and evidence-based strategies for change and personal growth. This is the foundation of the coaching work we do together.
